MailFix ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website mailflix.netlify.app. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information when you use our service.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

MailFix does not collect, store or transmit any personal information you enter into our tools. Your emails, salary figures, messages, and documents are processed locally in your browser or passed directly to our AI service and are not stored on our servers.

2. AI Processing

Our AI-powered tools (email fixer, job application, resignation letter, sarkari letter, WhatsApp Dhanda, paraphrase tool) send your input text to our backend proxy function which forwards it to a third-party AI API (Groq). Text sent for AI processing is not stored by us. Please refer to Groq's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage only to track your daily usage count for rate-limited tools (e.g. "10 free uses per day"). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. We also use Google AdSense cookies for advertising. You can opt out via Google's ad settings.

4. Google AdSense

MailFix uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to personalise ads based on your browsing history. We do not control what Google collects — please see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Analytics

We may use basic analytics (page views) via Netlify's built-in analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected.

6. Children's Privacy

MailFix is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
